All orders and transaction are subject to the following Terms and Conditions unless expressly amended in writing.

Payment in full at time of sale by cash, certified ceck or credit card unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Merchandise is sold 'As Is Where Is.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Seller makes no warranties as to condition of merchandise or authenticity.

Removal will be executed using all possible care, but at risk of purchaser.

Provisions for crating and transportation may be arranged by the seller, as a courtsey to the buyer, at the expense of the buyer.

Seller accepts no responsibility for crating or transportation.

Goods are not meant or sold as fit for any particular purpose unless accompanied by a warranty issued by us specifying such a purpose.

In the event of a complaint arising under, or in connection with this contract, our liability to the customer shall under no circumstances exceed the estimate or quotation price of the particular item(s) in regards to which the complaint is made.

All deposits are non-refundable.
