City Salvage Terms of Sale:
All orders and transactions are subject to the following terms and
conditions unless expressly amended in writing.
Payments in full at time of sale by cash, certified or approved check, or credit card unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Merchandise is sold ‘As Is Where Is’. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Seller makes no warranties as to condition of merchandise or authenticity.
Removal will be executed using all possible care, but at risk of purchaser.
Provisions for crating and transportation may be arranged by the seller, as a courtesy to buyer, at the expense of the buyer.
Seller accepts no responsibility for crating or transportation.
Goods are not meant or sold as fit for any particular purpose unless
accompanied by a warranty issued by us specifying such a purpose.
In the event of a complaint arising under, out of, or in connection with this contract, our liability to the customer shall under no circumstances exceed the estimate or quotation price of the particular item's) in regards to which the complaint is made.
All deposits are non-refundable

City Salvage Shipping Policy:

City Salvage packages all items to the best of it’s ability which is beyond the requirements for most shipping companies to increase the possibility of safe delivery. The client is always free to arrange their own shipping and City Salvage will work with all clients to ensure safe transportation.

In case of damage and denial of insurance claim from shipping company, City Salvage is not liable and will not refund or reimburse client for amount of item or repair.
